What’s it like to have your Wedding Photographed by Courtney Goldman?
It’s easy! When you work with me, you don’t have to worry about a thing.
I provide a full-service wedding photography experience that is fun and personal, as well as professional and quality-driven. I will expertly guide you along every step of the way, from the planning and preparation to displaying completed artwork in your home and sharing digital images with your friends and family.
I do all this in a way that keeps things as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
We are in a culture these days where, unfortunately, photos - even wedding photos - are often done just for the here and now, but without a tangible end result. Usually printing pictures ends up on the client’s ‘to-do’ list, and they just don’t get around to it.
This won’t happen when you work with me because every wedding package includes an album. Additionally, after your wedding I will help you choose your very favorite images, pick the medium, and create art pieces for display in your home.
Walking by these gorgeous images will make you smile, even on the roughest of days, and will remind you both of the love you have for each other every single day.

A Breakdown of the CGP Experience
Booking. Most couples like to meet in person before booking CGP. We’ll talk about your wedding over a few sample albums, and create a wedding package that works just right for you. After that, reserving CGP for your wedding is as easy as signing an online contract and putting down a retainer fee.
Portrait Sessions. If you choose to add an engagement, bridal, or boudoir session, we’ll have a separate consultation and In-Home Reveal. From Save the Dates to a sexy book for your beloved’s eyes only, I’ll walk you through all the options and help you decide what kind of art you want to create with your images.
Pre-Wedding Consultation. After filling out a survey, we’ll have a pre-session phone consultation. We’ll run through the schedule and talk about how to fit photography into the flow of the day. (My motto, after all, is “The wedding isn’t about photography, the photography is about the wedding.”) I’ll also make sure I have a list of the most important people to you, so that I can make sure you get all the photos you want.
The Wedding. The wedding day is when you are done with all the planning and preparation, and get to just be in the moment and enjoy your day. I’ll be with you from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception and your departure. There will be some times when I step in and take control. I’m all about getting those family photos done quickly and efficiently, so everyone stays happy, and I’m an expert at getting your guests to line up with sparklers outside the venue. Other times I’ll take a big step back. I’m an unobtrusive presence at the ceremony, and I promise not to take photos of you or your guests while you are eating! I do love some good dancing photos, and have been known to get in the middle of the dance floor with your friends and family. I’m there for you, so you can soak it all in, and not worry about a thing.
Sneak Peek and In-Home Reveal. About a week after the wedding, you will get an online gallery of some of my favorite photos of the day. You can update your profile pics and share with your friends and family. After that, I’ll go through the entire wedding and will pick as many photos as it takes to tell the story of your day, and will add those to the online gallery. I’ll design your wedding album, and come to your house with the products you’ll love. We can tweak the album to perfection and pick your very favorite photos that you want to display. We’ll decide what products work best for you to display these photos and you’ll place your full product order at the Reveal. This part of the experience is designed to get photos out of my computer and onto your walls. After that, leave it to me - I know you don’t want anything else added to your to do list!
