Rachel and Alec's Reception at The Foundry at Puritan Mill started with a stunningly decorated dinner and ended with an epic dance party! There were blood orange garnishes in the water and a gorgeous (and delicious) cheese board at each table as the guests were seated. There were all the standard traditions, the first dances were followed by the mother/son and father/daughter dances, there was cake cutting and there were wonderful and funny toasts given by the best man and maid and matron of honor. Then, there was another mixing of traditions. The dancing was kicked off with the Tarantella - a traditional Italian wedding dance - combined with the Hora - a traditional Jewish wedding dance. The rest of the night was filled with dancing to the band Ruperts Orchestra, as well as to "Shout," sung by Alec and his brother Trevor. It was a fabulous night in honor of a fabulous couple.Cake by Cakehouse on MainRuperts Orchestra
